Private Meeting Rooms

Available during EXPO hours on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, Meeting Rooms provide private space for your organization to conduct client meetings, micro-sessions or product demos. Sponsorship provides the use of one 20' x 20' enclosed space in the EXPO for 1 or 3 full days during open EXPO hours.

Set Up Styles:

• Conference-style: Conference table set for 12

• Lounge-style: Couch, side table and comfy chair

Includes:

Enclosed 20' x 20' space, carpet, and electric, and a sign with logo and selected set-up style.
