Monday General Session

The ATD General Session on Monday morning kicks off the first day of the EXPO and showcases one of the industry's most prominent thought leaders.
Sponsor this opening day general session and provide your organization tremendous exposure. 

Includes: 

• Sponsor recognition in digital promotions of Mondays Keynote and ATDConference.Org Keynote page. 

• Sponsor logo on Keynote Speaker signage. 

• Sponsor acknowledgment in one issue of the Conference Daily Newsfeed. 

• 30-second video advertorial to run at the start of the session.

• Subject to ATD approval. 

• Emcee to thank sponsor at the beginning and end of the session.

• (2) double-sided meter boards placed in high traffic areas where attendees will walk to the session. 

• Top of the meter board will read; "Today's Keynote Session Sponsor" and the rest of the meter board will have sponsor-produced graphics   

• Sponsor's logo and "Today's Keynote Session Sponsor" to appear on the LED screen on Keynote stage. 

• Frequency; 10-second pop-up every 3-minutes starting when doors open until the start of the session. 

• Seat drop: Sponsor to provide branded flyers/items to place on general session seats. 

• Sponsor is responsible for distributing the items on the session seats. 

• ATD will produce a voice-over to thank the sponsor prior to the start of the session. 

• Five (5) VIP reserved seats for sponsor staff in the first three (3) rows of the general session room. 

• Note: Sponsor staff must already be a full conference attendee to participate.  

• Sponsor can secure Daily Full Conference Registrations at $1625

• Sponsor’s logo on General Session recap video

**As a sponsor, you are aligning with the general session, not the presenter. Any use of the presenter’s image, likeness, or name must be submitted and approved by ATD prior to use.
